Iceberg at Jacobs CampHuge Addition

Thanks to Brotherhood, campers at Henry S. Jacobs Camp now have a fun new lake feature: "Iceberg!" HSJ Camp Director Anna Blumenfeld Herman said, "The impact of this Iceberg on our waterfront will be TITANIC. Everyone is so excited about the gift for this summer as we serve the most campers in our 47 year history." This summer Jacobs Camp will touch the lives of more than 450 Southern, Jewish children/youth (from age 6 to age 15) and more than 100 staff (age17-36). Our MRJ/Brotherhood considers this a great investment in our community’s future. Research by The Foundation for Jewish Camp shows that Jewish Camp attendance increases the likelihood of adult community participation and identification.
