The Barbara K. Lipman Early Learning Center is Temple Israel's preschool.  It is fully accredited by NAEYC, the National Association for the Education of Young Children, under its rigorous accreditation system.   Our ELC is licensed by the State of Tennessee and holds the highest rating of three stars with the Tennessee Department of Education.

The NAEYC recognizes high quality programs through its accreditation system in order to set professional standards for early childhood education programs, and to help families identify first-rate preschools.  National accreditation acknowledges the quality of our school through an outside validation procedure that ensures our educational programs meet strict guidelines.

Here at the Barbara K. Lipman Early Learning Center, there's much more to our program than meeting educational objectives. Young children here, from 9 month olds through kindergartners, are cherished and treasured; they learn and grow in a compassionate and caringatmosphere, with rich Jewish traditions and values woven throughout the curriculum.
