Judaics & Hebrew Language

Jewish values are an everyday part of life at the Barbara K. Lipman Early Learning Center. Through hands-on experiences, songs, stories, and celebrations, children explore Judaism in a joyful, age-appropriate way.

We introduce Hebrew through a weekly class called Rabbi’s Corner and through music class, helping students absorb language naturally while building cognitive skills. Beginning in our Bet, Gimmel and Starboard classes, children also learn the Alef-Bet and gain early exposure to Jewish holidays and customs.

Each Friday, we celebrate Shabbat with songs, blessings, and stories led by our clergy and music team.
